TERMS AND CONDITIONS “SWEEPSTAKE GAME ONE-STEP VOLUMISER REVLON”

The company REVLON INTERNATIONAL CORP, Greater London House, Hampstead Rd, London NW1 7QX, United Kingdom, tel+44 20 7391 7400 – company number: FC004037 organises a free game with no purchase obligation entitled "Sweepstake Game One-step Volumiser Revlon" starting from January 6, 2025, for an indefinite period in the partner REVLON PROFESSIONAL hair salons.

ARTICLE 2: PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME

Participation in this free game without purchase obligation is open to any adult individual residing in United-Kingdom and Ireland. It is limited to one participation per person. For minors, participation requires authorization and is under the responsibility of the legal guardian who can prove parental authority. A written authorization may be required before any prize is handed over.

ARTICLE 3: HOW TO PLAY?

To participate, the individual must open a unit on a display provided in the REVLON PROFESSIONAL partner hair salon and subsequently read and accept the terms and conditions of the game. By participating, the individual confirms their acknowledgment and agreement to the terms and conditions. Participation consists of opening a window on the display and following the instructions provided. In the event of a win, the participant will be directed to the salon manager of the participating salon, who will present the REVLON ONE-STEP VOLUMISER or a keychain. Every entry is a winner: either a brush or a keychain.

ARTICLE 4: PRIZE ALLOCATION

For each of the 50 display units, 50 winning units will be awarded. The units are numbered from 1 to 50, guaranteeing a win for every participant.

ARTICLE 5: WINNER CRITERIA

To win the REVLON ONE-STEP VOLUMISER BRUSH, the participant must uncover the IMAGE OF THE BRUSH behind one of the units. If the image of the brush is not revealed, the participant will receive the image of the keychain.

ARTICLE 6: USE

We disclaim any responsibility in case of improper use, incidents, or loss of the display.

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

By accepting the gift, the winner authorizes the salon manager to hand over one REVLON ONE-STEP VOLUMISER BRUSH as a gift or one KEYCHAIN and waives any claim for compensation from the salon for any damage caused by the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

ARTICLE 8: JURISDICTION

Participants are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Kingdom and Ireland. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Kingdom or Ireland, depending on the location of the participant.
