ARTICLE 1 – ORGANISER
The company Revlon International, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in Delaware USA and registered as a branch in England and Wales with Company No. FC004037 and Branch No. BR002502. Head office: 1 New York Plaza, New York, NY 10004, USA (hereinafter referred to as “the Organiser”), is holding a free competition with no purchase necessary, entitled Paris Artistic Days – Revlon Professional, from 1st July 2025 to 15th July 2025 inclusive.
ARTICLE 2 – ELIGIBILITY
The competition is open exclusively to professional clients of BEAUTYGE FRANCE SAS (Revlon Professional and American Crew) who work in the hairdressing sector (e.g. with a client code). Only one entry per person is permitted.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
• Employees of Revlon International or its partners
• Anyone involved in creating the competition
ARTICLE 3 – ENTRY MECHANISM
Entry is free of charge and does not require a purchase.
Participants must complete the online form on www.revlonprofessional.com with their contact details so they may be reached for the prize draw. Any missing or incorrect information will result in disqualification.
ARTICLE 4 – PRIZE DRAW
The draw will take place on 16th July 2025 from among all valid entries. A total of 60 winners will be selected:
• 20 winners from France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
• 20 winners from the UK
• 20 winners from Germany, Switzerland and Austria
Winners will be notified individually by email or phone on 17th July 2025. They must confirm their participation within 10 days with their sales representative, otherwise a new winner may be selected.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES
Winners will have the opportunity to purchase their ticket for the Paris Artistic Days event, which will be held in Paris on 5th, 6th and 7th October 2025, at the price of €1,000. As tickets are limited, no cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY
The Organiser accepts no responsibility in the event of:
• Technical issues preventing participation
• Inaccurate or unusable contact information being provided
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is required to manage the competition. In accordance with data protection legislation (GDPR), each participant has the right to access, correct or delete their data by contacting
privacypolicy@revlon.com.
ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Entering the competition implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. A copy may be sent free of charge to anyone who requests it from the Organiser.
