Diagnosis and selection of Revlon LASTING SHAPE™ CURLY volumizing lotion for hair.

Check the quality of the hair to make sure it is in good condition before carrying out this service. Review service records (color, perms, bleaching, etc.) in order to choose the most appropriate Lasting Shape™ Curly Lotion depending on the client’s hair type. In case of doubt, choose the mildest lotion.

Select the look that best suits your client.

Wash the hair.

Shampoo with a neutral shampoo, towel dry hair and comb carefully.

Do not massage the scalp.
-
Set up the shape placement (Indirect application)*.
-
Select the size, diameter and type of rods and curlers used depending on the technique, amount of movement, wave or curl desired.

Carry out the chosen technique and set up the shape placement.
-
Application of Lasting Shape™ curling hair lotion.
-
Saturate each rod / curler carefully with the selected curling lotion ensuring it does not run onto the scalp. Should the lotion come into contact with the skin, rinse thoroughly using cotton wool and water.

Protect the front and nape areas with cotton strips.
-
Cover with plastic.
-
Do not apply heat.
-
Follow the recommended processing times for each product.

Rinsing. • 7) Application of Neutralizer.

Rinse the Lasting Shape™ Curly Lotion from the hair, without removing the curlers, for at least 5 minutes. Towel dry in order to remove the maximum moisture.

Apply the Lasting Shape™ Curly Neutralizer with the curlers still in place.

Leave on for 5 minutes.

Unwind the hair and remove the shape wavers carefully.

Apply the neutralizer for a second time, using a sponge, and leave on for 5 minutes.

Rinsing & Color boost.

Rinse thoroughly for 5 minutes.

Finish.

Apply STYLE MASTERS™ FANATICURLS™ , ORBITAL™ or MODULAR MOUSSE™ and dry with a hair dryer and diffuser.
